- May 16 – dinner: spicey pulled pork wrap/ chicken avocado wrap/ quorn wrap
- May 17 – breakfast: sourdough roll with cheese & ham, coffee / tea milk & sugar / sandwich with cheese /smoothies with raspberries and blueberries
- May 17 – lunch: lasagne al forno + salad, bread & butter / veggie lasagane
- May 17 – dinner: baked salmon with fresh dill potatoes and melted lemon butter and asparagus + salad, bread & butter/ falaffel with hummus and couscous
- May 18 – breakfast: sourdough roll with cheese & ham, coffee / tea milk & sugar/ sandwich with cheese / smoothies with raspberries and blueberries
- May 18 – lunch: homemade meatballs with potato puree berries & cream sauce + salad, bread & butter / fried aubergine with rice and tomato sauce
- May 18 – dinner: roast beef with garlic scented potato gratin madeira sauce & grilled harricuverts + salad, bread & butter / oven baked beet root with feta cheese
Fika & coffee/tea will be provided between the meals.
